When is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 2025?

Maternal Mental Health Week takes place 5th - 11th May this year. It is a week-long campaign to encourage the discussion of mental health problems before, during and after pregnancy.

Maternal Mental Health Day is Wednesday 7th May.

 

What is the theme for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week?

Each year the organisers of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week (Perinatal Mental Health Partnership) choose a theme to focus their campaign and discussions about. This year that theme is ‘Your voice, your strength'.

Throughout our social media and email campaigns we'll be focusing on sharing our mantras that can support and empower new Mums navigating matrescence.
