We were delighted when Laura (co-founder of Secondary
Sisters) got in touch to design a bracelet with us to raise money for the
Secondary Sisters Community Fund.
Mantra will donate 25% of the
selling price of this bracelet to the Secondary Sisters’ Fund.
Who are the Secondary Sisters?
Secondary Sisters was founded in 2019 by Laura Middleton-Hughes and Nicky Newman to raise awareness of Metastatic
Breast Cancer, to bring together the secondary cancer community and to change
the perception of what living with cancer looks like. Gemma Duff joined
the team in 2022.
More recently they have set up a to support those living with cancer. The money is used for
hosting events, donating to research projects exploring secondary cancers and
to charities supporting people living with cancer.

Our Secondary Sisters Bracelet
Our classic disc bracelet will be laser engraved to order
with the Secondary Sisters’ logo on the front, to show your support for the
secondary cancer community.
As the Secondary Sisters have recently lost their co-founder
Nicky, Laura and Gemma wanted their bracelet to honour the huge impact she had
on so many lives, by including a lightning bolt engraving on the reverse.
This
is the symbol that Nicky used to represent the strength and determination we
all need when we’re going through something tough.
Each is presented on a card with Nicky’s empowering mantra: ‘Go
grab life!’. Look at your bracelet for a few moments through the day, for a reminder
to truly live life.
